Roll Call Of Members---Nine council members in attendance.

 

Minutes---Tabled to 4-3-07 meeting. 

 

Correspondence Folder---Reviewed by council members.

 

Unfinished Business---P.O. Box, Storage, Dept. of Commerce---Chuck said he would get with Kevin and Paula to inventory the storage unit.  Chuck said he will have Dept. of Commerce change address of council to his home address and reported that Kevin turned over his P.O. box key to him.  Kearns Planning & Zoning---Al Britton, Chairman of the Kearns Planning & Zoning gave report on a master plan for Kearns.  Volunteer Forms---Kathy explained what the county volunteer forms are for and how the county wants them completed.  Website---Chuck reported that webmaster Bryan Stone-Daly resigned as the webmaster approx. 2 weeks ago do to time constraints.  Chuck will take over till we find someone or possibly go with a professional webmaster.  Will advertise for one.Yearly Calendar---Paula reported the events that are scheduled for the year with more to follow.  Claudia Nabos stated that her Neighborhood Pride Day would be 4-28-07.  Special Event Funding---Tabled to 4-3-06 meeting.

 

New Business---Tawna Pippin reported that the deadline for the newsletter articles is due to her by 4-2-07.
